OSHA standard CFR 29 1910.147 requires that tags used for a lockout/tagout program must be able to "withstand the environmental conditions encountered in the workplace." These heavy-duty tags are constructed of plastic and include a brass grommet for extra strength while attaching to equipment and are able to withstand the rigors of many industrial settings. They feature a caution warning and a write-on space for notes, allowing easy identification of the employee who applied the tag, and the date it was applied. Printed with red stripes and black text, these highly visible tags measure 5 inches high by 3 inches wide. Includes 12 tags and 12 cable ties.
